Welcome derby students!

On behalf of Derby Middle School faculty and staff, we are pleased to welcome you to a new school year. Together, it is our responsibility and obligation to make the most of your middle school years. 

Success is for those who are willing to work for it.We encourage you to become actively involved in your studies and the many extracurricular activities available at Derby. Completing all classwork, following the guidelines in the handbook, using common sense, and having a positive attitude will also help you to make this a great school year.
